This is the tensioner on my car right now :(
Luckily a replacement one is currently in my hands waiting to go in :)

Well, you could be grateful you don't have the opposite problem. A friend of mine has a nearly identical Civic to mine, and his tensioner bearing seized. It took out the timing belt, which totalled the engine. I'm now a bit paranoid that mine will do the same thing.
